Before you get in touch
You do. The code, the repository and the hosting account are in your name from the start, and the IP transfers to you on final payment. Nothing runs on a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
Our working hours are 11:00 to 19:00 IST, which is 05:30 to 13:30 UTC. That covers the UK morning, the full working day in the Gulf and the European afternoon. For US clients we schedule calls and keep the rest asynchronous.
We price the change and you decide before we build it. On a fixed-scope project that means a written change note. On a dedicated-developer engagement you simply re-prioritise, which is usually why teams pick that model.
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the existing code, hosting and data, then tell you whether it is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild. We will say so if it is the latter.
A warranty period is included, covering anything that does not work as agreed. After that, support runs as a monthly retainer or on demand, whichever suits.
